The Brief
Reveal
The client needed a foyer that could serve as both a formal reception point and an informal meeting hub, without either function compromising the other. The space also had to honour the German Centre's brand identity — precision and quality — without feeling cold or corporate.
The Process
Reflect
The completed foyer has become one of the most-discussed spaces in the building, drawing both tenants and visitors into extended stays. Visitor dwell time in the foyer increased by over 40% post-completion, and the client reported it as a key differentiator in tenant acquisition conversations.

German Center — Foyer, 2020
Every first impression is a promise. We designed this foyer so that promise is one of warmth, clarity, and quiet confidence.

Design Philosophy
Commercial Design — Offices
The OHA project was approached as an exercise in spatial intelligence — understanding how people move through, work within, and feel inside a built environment before a single line was drawn. Our process for OHA Pte Ltd began not with aesthetics, but with a thorough understanding of the human experience the space needed to enable.
